As Senior Director of Design, I lead the international vertical for Paramount+, directing a hybrid global team of multidisciplinary designers and external vendors. Navigating the complexity of a 900-person organization, I work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal leadership to drive design excellence across 45+ regional markets.
I lead at the intersection of design, business strategy, and culture. I translate business objectives into scalable D2C experiences by establishing commerce frameworks for ad-supported tiers and global partner integrations. By optimizing the path from content discovery to subscriber conversion, we maintain a high-fidelity experience across every touchpoint.
This strategic focus drove a 4.3M subscriber increase in a single quarter and led to Paramount+ winning the 2024 SubSummit Cube Award for Best Overall Subscription. This honor recognized our performance in global growth, complex bundle execution, and uncompromising design craft across a massive ecosystem.
